For proper functioning of the website Estonian Autosport Events MTÜ saves sometime small datafiles, so-called cookies, to the user’s device. Most of the big websites do it as well.
- What are cookies?
Cookie is a small text file which is saved by the website to the user’s computer or mobile device, if the user visits the website of Rallyestonia.ee. This enables the website to remember the operations and preferences of the user (e.g. username, language, content of the basket and other preferences while displaying) for the certain period. Upon request of Estonian Autosport Events MTÜ Google starts using the information to analyze the activities of the user and prepare reports about the events on the website of the service.

In addition the user can refuse the cookies to forward the data collected on the use of website (incl IP address) to Google and the further processing of these data in Google servers. Interest-based advertising (DoubleClick DART cookie)
Estonian Autosport Events MTÜ can indicate the advertisements with the mediation of third parties on the website of the service. The advertisements enable the service provider to render the service to the user free of charge.
Google uses DART cookies to indicate the advertisements to the user that are appropriate for the user to improve the performance reporting of the campaign and avoid the display of these advertisements that have been already seen by the user.
The users can waive the display of interest-based advertisements by visiting the site of Google advertisement settings:

On the website of Estonian Autosport Events MTÜ the additional modules of Facebook’s “like“ and “share“ could be integrated (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA). To get an overview of Facebook’s additional modules visit Facebook’s website developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
If the user visits the website of the service the direct contact will be created between the user’s web browser and Facebook server, by using these additional modules through which Facebook can get information that the user has an access to the website of the service provider from its IP address. If the user has logged in Facebook and pushes “like“ or “share“ buttons, the user can link the content of the website of the service provider to its Facebook profile through which Facebook can display the use of the service on the wall of the user.
If the user does not wish that the visit of the site of the service provider would be displayed on the Facebook account of the user, the user should log off from Facebook.

The personal data controller in the webshop rallyestonia.ee is Estonian Autosport Events MTÜ (registry code 80310909) located at Sinilille tee 1, Peetri, Harjumaa
tel +372 56 966 699 and e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org; Estonian Autosport Events MTÜ forwards the personal data required for making the payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
The personal data processed are the following:
− name, phone number and e-mail address;
− delivery address of goods;
− bank account number;
− cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);
− customer support data.
Purpose for personal data processing
Personal data are used for managing the customer orders and delivery of goods. The data of purchase history (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer data) are used for preparing an overview of purchased goods and services and analyzing the customer preferences.
The bank account number is used for returning the payments to the customer.
Personal data such as an e-mail, phone no, name of the customer, are processed for settling the matters related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).
The webshop user IP-address or other network identifiers are processed for the provision of service of webshop as the information society and preparing the web use statistics.
The personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilment of the contract concluded with the customer.
The personal data are processed for the fulfilment of legal obligation (e.g. accounting and settlement of consumer disputes).
Recipients of personal data
The personal data are forwarded to the customer support of webshop for the management of purchases and purchase history and settlement of customer issues. The name, phone number and e-mail address are forwarded to the provider of transport service chosen by the customer. If the goods are delivered by courier, the customer’s address is also forwarded besides contact data. If the accounting of webshop is carried out by the service provider, the personal data are forwarded to the service provider for carrying out the accounting operations. Personal data could be forwarded to the providers of information technology services, if this is required for ensuring the functionality of webshop or data hosting.
Security and access to data
The personal data are kept in Zone servers located on the territory of the member state of the European Union or countries having joined the European Economic Area. The data can be forwarded to the countries the data protection level has been assessed by the European Commission as adequate and to the US companies having joined the data protection Privacy Shield framework. The employees of webshop have an access to the personal data who can view the personal data for settling the technical issues related to the use of webshop and provide customer support service. The webshop applies relevant physical, organizational and information technical security measures to protect personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, changing or unauthorized access and disclosure. The personal data are forwarded to the processors of webshop (e.g. provider of transport service and data hosting) based on the contracts concluded with the webshop and processors. The processors are obliged to ensure the appropriate protection measures in personal data processing.
Examination and correction of personal data
The personal data can be examined and corrections can be made in the user profile of webshop. If the purchase has been made without user account, the personal data can be examined through the mediation of customer support.
Withdrawal of consent
If the personal data are processed upon the consent of the customer, the latter has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support of it by e-mail.
The personal data are deleted at the closure of the webshop, unless such data need to be preserved for accounting or settlement of consumer disputes. If the purchase has been made in webshop without customer account, the purchase history is preserved for three years. In case of disputes related to payment and consumer disputes the personal data are preserved up to the fulfilment of the claim or up to the end of expiry term. The personal data required for accounting are preserved for seven years.
For deletion of the personal data, the customer support should be contacted by e-mail.
The request for deletion is answered not later than within a month and the data deletion period will be specified.
The request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail is answered within a month at the latest. The customer support establishes the identity and notifies of the personal data subject to transfer.
Direct marketing notices
The e-mail address and phone number are used for sending the direct marketing notices, if the customer has given the relevant consent. If the customer does not require to get direct marketing notices, the relevant reference should be chosen at the footer of the e-mail or customer support should be contacted. If the personal data are processed for the direct marketing purpose (profiling), the customer has the right to submit objections at any time regarding the initial as well as further personal data processing, including preparing the profile analysis related to direct marketing, by notifying the customer support of it by e-mail (the relevant notice should be submitted clearly and separately from any other information).
