Mitsubishi ex-works driver Kristian Sohlberg aims podium in auto24 Rally Estonia

Time flies and just less then 80 days left til the fourth round of FIA ERC championship – auto24 Rally Estonia will be held on 17-19th of July. Lot of work has been done and the goal is clear for everybody – to organize a top quality event as it is the first time FIA ERC round is held in Estonia. This week Mitsubishi ex-works driver and 2002 PWRC runner-up Kristian Sohlberg announced that he will start in auto24 Rally Estonia with DMACK and colored Ford Fiesta R5 run by Autotek. It is a perfect way for the Finn to prepare himself and the car for Neste Oil Rally Finland.

But participating in auto24 Rally Estonia isn´t just a test or training for Sohlberg. It is a real deal as he aims for the overall podium.
Kristian Sohlberg: „First we had a plan to start only in Finland, but thanks to my new sports manager we have found the budget to come to auto24 Rally Estonia. It is a perfect opportunity for me, my co-driver Peter Flythström and Autotek to prepare us before Neste Oil Rally Finland. 15 stages, 235 kilometers and strong competition with fast drivers like Esapekka Lappi – this is what we expect from auto24 Rally Estonia. The goal? Podium!“
