First floor, 35m2 condo for 3 people. Buss stop in front of the house. Perfect for rally estonia experience. Everything very nearby. Groceries selver and maxima 150m, coop 700m, gas stop Circle K-700m, bus stop 100m, city centre 3km, ERM(Rally service park) is 1,7km and 20min walk. The connection to the city center is very good( bus leaves every 10 min). Overall very cosy, safe and family supportive neighborhood.

Xbox one and Dirt Rally 2.0 game is also available if wanted (Console password I give separately). In the apartment are 55` TV and Sonos sound system. One 140cm wide bed and a two people couch is available. Car can be parked in free quests parking slots if free spaces are available. If not then 20.00-08.00 can be parked free in groceries selver and maximas parking slots.
