Today on January 23, the first official press conference of ERC Rally Estonia took place in the Vision Venue studio located in the T1 Center, Tallinn. In addition to several exciting news about the rally, the organizers of Rally Estonia signed a name sponsor cooperation agreement with Delfi Media for the years 2024-2025. The best drivers of the European Championship will compete in the fourth round of the ERC season on the roads of South-Estonia on 5th to 7th of July. ERC Delfi Rally Estonia is also one of the Junior or JERC rounds. Delfi Rally Estonia who has hosted the best of the World Rally Championship for the last four years, is no stranger to the ERC series, because in the 2014-2016 seasons, Rally Estonia, held in southern Estonia, was part of the European Championship calendar. The first weekend of July promises to be extremely exciting and competitive, where in addition to the adrenaline-filled ERC rally, the fans can also experience the diverse cultural program of Tartu2024, as Tartu is the European Capital of Culture this year.

Delfi Rally Estonia's adrenaline-filled rally weekend begins with a spectacular opening ceremony and the start podium on Friday, July 5th at the Town Hall Square in the center of Tartu. In the morning of the same day a qualifying stage will be held in Otepää municipality and the start podium in the evening will be followed by a special stage in Tartu municipality. The special stages on Saturday, July 6th will take place on the roads of Kambja, Kanepi, Otepää and Elva parishes and on Sunday, July 7th, the best drivers of Europe will compete again on the roads of Kanepi, Kambja and Otepää parishes. The service park of ERC Delfi Rally Estonia is back in Tehvandi Sports Center after a long break, and the adrenaline-filled weekend ends with the unique finish podium at Tartu Town Hall square. During the ERC Delfi Rally Estonia weekend, a total of 14 special stages will be run and the total length of the rally is 185.2 kilometers. In addition to the European Championship, a round of the Estonian Championship will also be driven as part of the rally and we are glad to announce to all fans that after a long break, the trucks are back at Delfi Rally Estonia rally route again. The organizers of Delfi Rally Estonia are expecting approximately 120 competitors in total to the start. There is extremely tight and thrilling competition in the ERC series, in the year 2023 a total of 131 crews registered in the ERC series, of which as many as 77 crews with Rally2 cars, including Georg Linnamäe and the Junior World Champion of 2022, Robert Virves.

We are expecting approximately 120 competitors to the start ERC Delfi Rally Estonia on July 5th and we are working hard with the entire organizing team to offer competitors, teams and spectators an extremely exciting, emotional and safe rally weekend.’’

ERC Delfi Rally Estonia 2024 will be held on the roads of Tartu and South Estonia on the 5th to 7th of July, as the fourth round of the ERC season. The start and finish podium with a versatile entertainment programme will be in its favourite place on the Tartu Town Hall square, whereas the Rally HQ and service park will be hosted after a four-year break by Tehvandi Sports Center. Tickets are on sale on the Rally Estonia website and in Piletitasku ticket-shop. Important to note that until the 31st of January the rally passes have very good prices, 3-day rally pass costs 39 euros and the prices of day passes start at 15 euros.
